Our story

How we got here.

We started with a simple observation: most digital agencies either build without thinking, or think without building. We wanted to do both — with rigour.

Start

The problem we kept seeing

Founders would approach development agencies with an idea and a budget. Months later, they'd have a product that didn't match what they envisioned — because nobody had written down what they actually wanted. Scope had crept, budget had overrun, trust had broken. We'd seen it happen too many times to ignore.

The documentation-first approach

We built our process around a simple principle: no code before documentation. Every project starts with a PRD, a Technical Specification, a Project Plan, and wireframes — all produced and approved before a line of code is written. It slows the start by days. It saves weeks on the back end.

Adding the audit-first redesign service

We started getting asked to fix websites — not build new ones. Same problem repeated itself: agencies had redesigned based on aesthetics, not data. Slow sites. Bad SEO. Zero AI search visibility. We added a formal audit-first redesign process: four-dimension analysis before anything changes, before vs. after reports to prove the improvement.

Documentation is design

A PRD is not a formality — it's the most important design artefact a product will ever have. What you write down before you build determines the quality of everything that comes after. We treat documentation with the same care as the product itself.

Transparency, always

We don't disappear for months and reappear with surprises. Every project has weekly demos, a shared tracker, and a staging environment you can access from day one. You always know where your project is, what it's doing, and what comes next.

Evidence before action

We never redesign based on personal preference. We never choose a tech stack because it's fashionable. Every decision is backed by data — from audit findings, user research, or documented technical reasoning. If we can't explain why, we don't do it.

No lock-in, ever

Everything we produce — code, documents, designs, audit reports — is yours from day one. We use open standards and well-documented architecture. You should be able to take your work to any developer in the world and continue seamlessly. That's how it should be.

Small by choice

We don't scale by taking on more work than we can do well. We stay small so that the people who sell our services are the same people who do the work. No handoffs to junior teams. No off-shoring without disclosure. The quality we promise is the quality you get.

We stay after launch

A product launch is a beginning, not an ending. We offer ongoing maintenance by the engineers who built your product — people who know your codebase, understand your architecture, and can iterate intelligently. Not a support ticket queue staffed by strangers.

Three principles that govern every engagement.

Ask the uncomfortable questions first

The most valuable part of any project is the discovery phase — and most agencies rush through it. We take the time to ask the questions that feel awkward: Who actually are your users? What happens if this doesn't work? What are you not telling us? The answers shape everything that follows.

This is why our Discovery & Scoping phase takes 1–2 weeks. It's not bureaucracy — it's the highest-ROI work we do on your behalf.

Separate thinking from doing

Development is expensive. Thinking is cheap. We deliberately put as much thinking as possible before the expensive phase begins — with documentation, wireframes, and prototypes that let you validate the product experience before a single line of code is written.

A wireframe takes hours to change. The same change in developed code takes days. We use this asymmetry deliberately.

Measure everything, assume nothing

Every redesign project ends with a before vs. after report. Every technical decision in a build is documented with its rationale. We don't claim something improved — we show you the numbers. This keeps us honest, keeps us improving, and gives you something concrete to share with your stakeholders.

If you can't measure it, you can't improve it. We audit before, and audit again after.
