We don't sell veneers, whitening packages, or treatments you don't need. Every recommendation we make is anchored to the current peer-reviewed literature — and we'll show you the citation if you ask.
For procedures outside our scope (oral surgery, endodontic re-treatment, complex implant cases) we refer to a network of specialists we've personally vetted.
Comprehensive 60-minute exam, full-mouth scaling, and risk assessment. Recommended cadence is calibrated per patient — not one-size-fits-all.
Read protocol →Tooth-colored, mercury-free, placed under rubber dam isolation. Lifetime limited warranty when the recall schedule is followed.
Read protocol →Lithium disilicate or zirconia, milled in-house. Conservative tooth preparation with biomimetic principles.
Read protocol →Single-rooted teeth in-practice. Multi-rooted molars referred to a board-certified endodontist.
Read protocol →Take-home trays with 10% carbamide peroxide. We don't offer in-chair bleaching — current evidence doesn't justify the enamel risk.
Read protocol →Bitewings every 18–24 months (lower than industry default), full-mouth series only with clinical indication. ALARA-compliant.
Read protocol →Every clinical recommendation links to a citation in our patient portal — Cochrane reviews, ADA guidelines, or peer-reviewed RCTs. If we can't cite it, we don't recommend it.
Many borderline lesions don't need to be drilled today. We document, photograph, and re-evaluate at six months when intervention is genuinely net-beneficial.
A filling before a crown. A crown before an extraction. We default to the least invasive option that meets the clinical bar.
Our full fee schedule is published below. No "consultation required" pricing games. What you see is what you pay.
Our schedule blocks 50–60 minutes per patient, not 20. We see fewer patients per day on purpose.

"Dr. Vance pulled up the actual paper — printed, highlighted — to explain why she wasn't recommending the implant my previous dentist had pushed. I've never had that experience anywhere in healthcare."
First appointment is a 75-minute comprehensive evaluation. We'll talk before any decisions.
