Who is this program actually for?
Senior leaders, VPs, directors, and founders with at least 5 years of leadership experience who want measurable change — not another framework to read. If you've already done a bunch of self-development and feel stuck, this is likely for you.
How is this different from other coaching programs?
Three things: (1) It's ICF PCC-level coaching, not a pre-recorded course. (2) It includes a bookended 360° assessment so the change is measurable. (3) If the 360 doesn't move, your last month is free.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
If your Day-90 re-assessment doesn't show measurable improvement across at least 3 of the 8 dimensions we set in Week 1, you don't pay for your final month of coaching. I've invoked this twice in 6 years.
