I've lived the gap between who you are
and who you could be.
Before this work, I was a D1 athlete, a failed founder, and — for most of my twenties — a high-functioning fraud. I built the outside life everyone was supposed to want and spent every night wondering why the inside felt hollow.
Coaching didn't fix me. It gave me the tools to stop outsourcing the answer. Since 2017 I've been in the room with founders raising Series Bs, Olympians coming off injury, artists releasing the work they were afraid to release, and operators climbing out of burnout they swore was the price of the game.
My practice is small, loud, honest, and not for everyone. If you've read this far, you already know.
