Come home to the life that's already yours.
I'm Maya — an ICF-certified life & mindfulness coach helping thoughtful humans slow down, listen inward, and build a life that feels like theirs. Not louder. Just truer.
Three simple invitations.
A gentle, rigorous way of working that honors what you already know — and makes space for what you haven't yet let yourself say.
Listen inward
We begin where everything begins — with your own voice, underneath the noise. Not what you should want. What you actually want.
Name the pattern
The stuck places are rarely random. Together we trace the loop — gently, without judgment — until you see the shape of it.
Take the small step
Transformation doesn't come from the cliff-jump. It comes from the tiny, brave act you couldn't do last week. We build that muscle.
"You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting."— Mary Oliver · a daily remembering

Hi, I'm Maya.
I came to coaching the long way — through a decade in nonprofit leadership, a miscarriage, a marriage I had to leave, and a quiet year spent learning to listen to myself again.
My work today is a gathering place for thoughtful women (and a few beautiful humans who don't use that word) who want to live more honestly. I bring training from CTI, the ICF, and a deep grounding in mindfulness and somatic practices.
I don't have a program. I don't have a funnel. I have three hours a day, six clients at a time, and a belief that your life is allowed to feel like yours.
What unfolded for them.
Maya didn't fix me. She gave me back my own knowing. A year later I am in the work, the partnership, and the body I didn't believe I was allowed to want.
I came to Maya in the middle of a quiet divorce and couldn't stop performing capable. She was the first person who made the performing impossible — in the gentlest way I've ever experienced.
I have done a lot of inner work. This was different. Maya works like a clearing in the woods — quiet, spacious, and you leave able to hear yourself again.
She is a coach but the word feels too small. Maya is a careful witness. The kind you need once, maybe twice, in a lifetime.
Something in you already knows.
